Note : Personnel Dept. circular (09.05.2025) on One-Time Registration (OTR) blocking for candidates who don’t appear in exams:

Missing 2 recruitment exams by Commission/Board in a financial year (FY: 01 Apr–31 Mar) :Online application blocked.

Unblock OTR : Pay ₹750.

After unblocking, if the candidate again misses 2 more exams in the same FY : Blocked again.

Second unblock : Pay ₹1500.

If a candidate withdraws application before exam date (via Commission), it won’t count as absence.

Age Relaxation Applicable as per RPSC 1st Grade Teacher Recruitment 2025 Notification Rules :
Age Relaxation : SC / ST / OBC / MBC / EWS (Male, Rajasthan): 5 Years

SC / ST / OBC / MBC / EWS (Female, Rajasthan): 10 Years

General Female: 5 Years etc.

Special Provision:

Candidates who became overage after earlier advertisement in 2022 will get 2 years relaxation.

• Four years Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by the UGC and Post Graduate in relevant subject of Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by the UGC and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from any institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.
• Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

How To Apply Online RPSC 1st Grade Teacher (Agriculture) Recruitment 2025 Form

• Apply online only via https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in Apply Online or SSO Portal (https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in Recruitment Portal).
• First-time OTR: Fill personal, exam, and Aadhaar details; upload documents.
• Existing OTR: Log in with OTR ID and apply.
• No changes allowed in name, father’s name, DOB, gender, exam, or Aadhaar after OTR.
• Upload live photo & signature in prescribed size (photo appears on admit card).
• Application Number must be generated; Preview ≠ submission.
• Take printout of application.
• Check Exam Dashboard regularly; no separate communication issued.
• Offline/handwritten forms not accepted.

Mode Of Examination : Offline OMR Based Written Examination (Objective Type)

Stages Of Entrance Examination:

• Written Examination (Objective Type, Multiple Choice)
• Paper I (General Studies): 150 marks, 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Paper II (Subject Concerned): 300 marks, 3 hours
• Extra instruction: If more than 10% questions are left blank (no option filled), candidate will be disqualified.
• Merit List Preparation
• Based on written exam marks (with normalization if needed).
• Commission recommends suitable candidates to the Government/Appointing Authority as per Rule 28.
   

Pay Scale (Post-wise):

• Pay Matrix Level L-12 (Grade Pay ₹4800).
• During probation: Fixed monthly salary (Fix Pay) as per State Government rules.
